The hotel had a cosy family atmosphere, great location, friendly reception staff, comfortable and tidy rooms, 24-hour hot/cold water, good bed and bed linen.

Located in the heart of the city and easy to access attractions nearby. The room was neat, with comfy beds and towels changed regularly. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

The language barrier was a huge problem that led to misunderstandings and communication issues. , payment was in cash only and the hotel doesn't give receipts.

The hotel is conveniently situated near the bus station and the city center. the main boulevard is just a few steps away, making it easy to explore the town. the rooms are tidy and include basic amenities like hot/cold water, working TV, and toiletries.

Communication is a struggle as the staff only speaks Ukrainian/Russian.

This hotel was a great find. The location is fantastic, as it is close to the city center and just off the main boulevard of the town. The hotel facilities were great, with hot and cold water available 24 hours a day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The cleanliness of the room was excellent, with flowers outside the windows and towels changed twice.

Everything was spot on.
